An industry newcomer, fresh and thriving, and immediately comfortable in his role with Ray White Drummoyne, Michael Walton says he may be an Office Administrator now, but can imagine having his own portfolio of clients tomorrow! Michael currently provides the link between landlords, tenants and strata; raising the expectations of clients and local business and motivating the team to be the best versions of themselves.
He is genuinely excited to be part of the Ray White family. “Who doesn’t want to live or work in an amazing place like Drummoyne?” He finds it personally rewarding helping people make their property dreams a reality, and says real estate is so much more than location, properties and land. “It’s about building relationships and breaking the mould of what people expect from an agent”.” Michael’s experience in customer service, finance, retail and hospitality roles is something he’s enormously proud of. He loves challenging himself with new opportunities. Customer service, particularly, is the foundation of every industry, and that experience comes from years of conversation and trust building.
